<p>A little about Di…. when working in Perth WA, I met Kathryn as she was my daughter’s day carer. &nbsp;We developed a great friendship, but eventually I moved back to QLD to be with family. We lost touch but reconnected when Kathryn contacted me that she was doing the Spring 2023 Shitbox Rally, starting in Port Douglas. She came and stayed for a week where we reconnected and i was caught up in the excitement of Kathryn and Estelle doing the Spring shitbox 2023. (Two crazy chicks) Kathryn contacted me and said she had another rally left in her! YES!! let’s do this! It will be hard cos i’m on one side of OZ and she’s on the other, but we will make this work, and have a blast!&nbsp;my mum passed in 2008 from a brain tumour, having previously survived breast cancer back in 1995. I lost one of my best friends, people often said we looked more like sisters.&nbsp;So, i’m also doing this for my Mum, she loved the countryside and always encouraged me to go out and experience as many adventures as possible!</p>

<p>A little about me...this is my 3rd Rally, and I am still super excited to be joining this great event in the support of cancer research. This year is a little different as I am now full time living on the road and a very long way from far North Qld where Di is...making the challenge all the greater to meet our Targets this year.... but I know with the support of friends and family, we will get the job done. </p><p>This year I am excited to be joined by Di, a great friend over many years. We have finally found the time in our lives to reconnect and have a go. </p><p>Please get behind us in the support of cancer research and help us any way you can.... maybe a donation, some support by purchasing tickets to our raffles, or simply sharing our page and following along with our journey. </p><p></p>
